Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 125ml smooth almond butter
- 180ml xylitol
- 30ml cocoa powder
- 5ml vanilla essence
- Mixed berries
Method
- Line a 15cm square tin with baking paper. Heat the butter, almond butter, xylitol and cocoa on medium-high and cook for 10 minutes. Stir continuously until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and pour into the prepared tin. Refrigerate until set.
- Cut into 5.5cm hearts using a cookie cutter, or squares using a knife. Thread onto skewers with the berries.
- Store in the fridge.
