Summer holidays have arrived! For us, and for a lot of you, that’s seven weeks of having your bundles of joy under your care day in and day out, enjoying picnic spots in Johannesburg and visiting far too many delicious restaurants with indoor or outdoor play areas. With 2 kids under the age of 5 I know this can be particularly tiring work and can become quite repetitive. This is why I put together a list of the best family entertainment centres and attractions in Johannesburg for kids aged 5 that will suit mom and dad, too. I have no doubt these places will help you enjoy your festive season just a little bit more.
Here are my top 5 things to do for children aged 5 and under:
Swing by World of Golf
In the heart of Johannesburg lies 18 hectares of land dedicated to life – family, friends, sunshine, play, the outdoors, leisure and sport. Themed around the game of golf, it is South Africa’s leading golf and family leisure park. Dimples Café serves a variety of tasting meals and treats. The World of Kids continues to be the biggest attraction for parents looking for a break, and youngsters looking for an awesome time outside.
