Fruit Kebabs

A healthy treat for any day.


*Makes about 6 skewers
Note: You can use any fruit of your choice; we’ve used our own assortment.


  • 6 wooden skewers
  • ½ green melon, peeled and cubed
  • ½ pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • ¼ watermelon, peeled and cubed
  • 5 strawberries
  • 4 kiwi fruit
  • Handful of freshly chopped mint leaves

Thread each piece of fruit alternatively onto the skewer with a mint leaf in-between every two cubes. Chop off the sharp end of the skewer with a pair of kitchen scissors.

Note: Always be present when your children eat this, and make sure you take the skewer away as soon as they’ve finished.
