Fruit Salad and Jelly Garden
- Packet of jelly powder, flavour of your choice
- Fruit juice
- Fruit of your choice
- To make the fruity jelly, follow the instructions on the packet, but substitute the water for fruit juice (I used clear apple and pomegranate juice).
- Allow the jelly to set in a shallow dish or clean ice cream container overnight.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut shapes out of the fruit and the jelly, and arrange on plates.
