Rooibos Cranberry Punch

*Makes 3 litres

Ingredients

  • 1L Liqui-Fruit Cranberry Cooler
  • 1L cold Rooibos tea
  • 1L sparkling ginger ale
  • 24 ice cubes made from Liqui-Fruit Summer Pine (put in freezer the day before required)

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Add carbonated ingredients and ice cubes before serving.

Passion Cranberry Punch

*Makes 4 litres

Ingredients

  • 1L Liqui-Fruit Cranberry Cooler
  • 1L Passion Power
  • 1L sparkling lemonade
  • 500ml sparkling ginger ale
  • 115g tin of granadilla pulp
  • 24 ice cubes made from Liqui-Fruit Cranberry Cooler (put in freezer the day before required)

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add carbonated ingredients and ice cubes before serving.

Virgin Cranberry Cosmo

*Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) Liqui-Fruit Cranberry cooler
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) Liqui-Fruit Orange juice
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) ginger beer
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Method

  1. In a shaker, mix juices and ginger beer. Add ice.
  2. Pour in 4 martini glasses, then garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
