Is your little one pulling his nose up at his usual yoghurt and toast at breakfast time? Brighten up breakfast with these cute omelette snails.
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp milk
- 5 thin slices mozzarella
- 4 slices sandwich ham
- 2 viennas, halved and trimmed
- 8 x 3cm carrot sticks
- 8 x black sesame seeds
- Handful mixed leaves
- Heat the butter in a 23cm frying pan on medium until melted. Beat together the eggs and milk. Season. Pour into the pan, tilting to cover in a thin layer. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked. Allow to cool.
- Cover the omelette with the mozzarella and ham. Roll up tightly. Cut off ends and slice into 2cm slices.
- Secure the viennas onto the omelette rolls with toothpicks. Insert 2 carrot sticks for tentacles and top with 2 seeds for eyes. Serve on a bed of leaves.
