Baby Fruit Purée Blocks

These fruit purée blocks are perfect for summer and healthy for baby too!


A selection of fruit of your choice.

1. Poach or steam the fruit until tender.
2. Purée until the desired consistency is reached.
3. Freeze the purée – one tablespoonful of purée per cube.

Once your baby is familiar with a particular flavour, try freezing ½ a tablespoon of one fruit purée and top it with ½ a tablespoon of another.
