Dietician Ashleigh Caradas and Foodie Taryne Jakobi worked out a menu of 14 healthy fuss-free dinners for your toddler, plus they compiled the shopping list for you. All you have to do is decide what you want for dinner, print out your grocery list and voila.
These recipes aren’t only for your toddler – the rest of the family will enjoy them as well, especially the Macaroni and Cheese with Spinach and Ham, and the Sweet and Sour Pork Fillets served with green beans and rice.
