- 400g baby potatoes
- 10ml Weigh-Less Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 stems fresh rosemary
- ¼ tsp crushed garlic
- Non stick spray
- Salt and pepper
- Halve the baby potatoes and place in a large bowl of hot salt water for 15 minutes. Drain from water and mix well with the garlic, oil, rosemary and seasoning.
- Place in a baking tray that has been coated with non-stick spray and roast in a 200°C oven for 25 minutes or until cooked and golden.
