Roast baby potatoes with garlic and rosemary

Roast potatoes can be served as a side to almost any dish. Try them with a roasted chicken, a braai or roast beef, or even grilled fish.



  • 400g baby potatoes
  • 10ml Weigh-Less Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 stems fresh rosemary
  • ¼ tsp crushed garlic
  • Non stick spray
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Halve the baby potatoes and place in a large bowl of hot salt water for 15 minutes. Drain from water and mix well with the garlic, oil, rosemary and seasoning.
  2. Place in a baking tray that has been coated with non-stick spray and roast in a 200°C oven for 25 minutes or until cooked and golden.
