Make your own peanut brittle using only 2 ingredients!

Everyone goes crazy for salty, sweet, crunchy peanut brittle.


Whip up a big batch and box up a couple of pieces as gifts for your little one’s teachers.


  • 1 cup Snack Factory giant salted peanuts
  • 1 cup castor sugar

Your kids will love these no-bake Lego blocks


  1. Place the caster sugar in a saucepan and cook on low heat. Shake the pan a little as it starts to melt. The sugar will start to clump together and turn caramel in colour. Once it is dark and caramelly, add the peanuts.
  2. Pour onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. When cold, break into pieces and enjoy with ice-cream, on top of a chocolate tart, or just plain.
