A bit of cream… drinking chocolate… add a few OREOS, and Bob’s your uncle – you’ve got an amazing pudding!

50ml CLOVER full cream milk
5tbsp hot chocolate powder
150g hazelnut chocolate, chopped
1-2tbsp icing sugar
½tsp vanilla extract
1. Whisk 350ml of the cream with the drinking chocolate and milk until thick (be careful not to over whip) and stir through half the chocolate pieces.
2. Sandwich pairs of the Oreos together with some of the chocolate cream. Then arrange in two parallel rows next to each other on a rectangular platter. Spread the remaining chocolate cream over the top and sides.
3. Whisk the remaining cream with the icing sugar and vanilla and spoon over the top. Sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate pieces and chill until ready to serve.
Like a stronger flavour? Add some coffee extract to the chocolate cream.
