If you’re trying to cure a fussy eater, a reward chart can be very helpful to encourage him to try new foods.
How to use the chart
This chart works best for kids three years and older as little ones are unlikely to understand the concept. If you want to see progress, it’s best to keep the chart simple and realistic, and break it up into simple, manageable steps. If the steps are too hard, your tot might lose interest.
For the chart we designed, your child has to earn one sticker every day in order to get a treat at the end of the week. Avoid food-based treats and instead opt for a small toy or a special outing. You can even let your child help you choose the treat he gets to encourage him even more.
Once your little one completed the chart, you can repeat it again with the same goals if necessary, or you can change them.
