Popeye smoothie

Makes 1–2 servings
Ingredients
• Handful of fresh spinach, finely chopped
• 1 cup vanilla low-fat yoghurt
• ½ cup cranberry juice
• 3 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• 10 blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
• A few ice cubes
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Add a little milk if you prefer a lighter consistency.
