Sleep problems: Guideline for wind-down time

Is there a magic sleep 'recipe'?
If parents follow this recipe meticulously in the spirit it is intended, they will feel 100% better and their babies will sleep at least 50% better. You cannot hope to cure all sleep issues, because most are simply misunderstandings in the approach used, rather than real problems.
Use this as a guideline for wind-down time in your family:
• 5pm Go for a walk
• 5.30pm Boisterous physical games
• 5.50pm Supper
• 6.10pm Bath time
• 6.30pm Massage
• 6.45pm Quiet play
• 7pm Storytime
• 7.15pm Goodnight hugs and kisses!
