Tips for earache
If your baby's ears seem painful, let her sleep in a supported up-right position against you to relieve pressure. If your baby is very distressed or her fever is high and she is unresponsive to remedies, take her to a 24-hour clinic. If homeopathic remedies do not give marked relief before the next evening, see your doctor.
Give your baby homeopathic earache remedies.
Place a covered hot-water bottle under the affected ear.
If breastfeeding, do so more frequently to help fight infection.
Do not bottle-feed with your baby lying flat.
Use the tips given for fever control if necessary.
