Important milestones your baby will reach by 12 months.

Object permanence is far more developed and Baby expects to find things in known places.
She chatters a lot and says more intelligible words.
Her clarity of vision is as good as that of an adult, although maturing of vision continues until six or seven years of age.
Baby will be able to pull herself into a firm stand and may stand unsupported for brief moments. If she takes her first tentative steps, she’ll walk with her feet widely splayed, but quite well on even ground.
She likes to scribble, wants to turn the pages of a book and may “dance” to music.
