Sister Lilian's useful advice on how to help your baby reach her milestones.
Parents often use common milestones as a gauge to reassure themselves that their children are being correctly stimulated and are developing “normally”. The importance of milestones is also impressed upon parents by professionals, but using milestones to evaluate your children, although a useful guideline, has inherent dangers as well. There are a lot of things you can do to stimulate your baby’s milestone development. Believe it or not, maximising your baby’s development starts in pregnancy!
