Sundried tomato sticks

4 large pitta breads
4 heaped tbsp sundried tomato paste
4 heaped tbsp parmesan, finely grated
Preheat the grill to its highest setting. Arrange the pitta breads on a baking sheet. Spread the sundried tomato paste over one side. Sprinkle with parmesan and grill for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and crisp. Leave to cool, then slice into 5 sticks.
