Tone your thighs!

ABDUCTORS (outer thighs): Lying Side leg lifts:

Lie on your side, place the one end of the weighted bar on the floor and the other end of it balancing on your foot. Lift your leg up squeezing the outer leg and pausing at the top of the movement for a second and then slowly lower down, Keep your leg straight but your knee mustn’t be locked. Make sure you stop before the upper leg touches the lower leg – work through the burn. You can also do this exercise using ankle weights.
