silky chocolate ganache for cupcakes

YOU WILL NEED:
1 packet chocolate cake mix

For the ganache
Ingredients
200g dark Albany chocolate
100g butter
½ cup fresh cream



Method
1. Make chocolate cupcakes according to the instructions on the packet.
2. To make the ganache, combine all the ingredients in a double boiler and place over a medium heat on the stove.
3. Stir continually until the chocolate and butter have melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool to a spreadable consistency.
Ice and decorate the cupcakes.
